Happy to chime in and report that I’m back from the wonderful Society for Photographic Education (SPE) conference in lovely Reno, Nevada where I was a speaker. Sharing my knowledge of “The Manipulated Image from Edward Curtis to Artificial Intelligence,” was a fabulous experience. The talk went well, was well-attended, and the conference itself was a great time. I met a lot of wonderful folks, made some incredible connections, helped some students along the way, and learned a lot from those so willing to share their experiences with me. Good times!
Look for more on the conference in the coming days but, for now, safe to say I am home and wondering why I don’t yet have a “go and do the laundry!” robot. Bummer!
