Visions of Asia – A Reality, It’s Show Time!

After several years and several false starts due to COVID, our exhibition “Visions of Asia” is finally going to happen! For those of you in the Austin area, please join me on Friday, October 28th from 6 to 8 pm at the Austin Asian American Resource Center where they are going to host the show. We’ll be meeting in-person and sharing highlights of the picturesque beauty of the scenery in Gulin, China; the vibrant urban energy of Chennai, India, and the religious rituals of devotees at the Ganges in Allahabad, India. (I’ll be sharing my work from Guilin, China.) The official link to the show is here.

Honestly, I never thought this show would come to be. It feels like it is 3 years in the making on account of COVID, not being able to meet in person, having the entire building locked down for what seemed like ages. Phew! What a crazy time it’s been. It’s great to get back out into the world again and I’m so happy to have this show. I had opportunity to view the work and I have to say it’s absolutely wonderful. Such wonderful work, I’m honored to be a part of it.

I do hope you can join me for the reception. For those of you in the Austin area, it’s casual dress and light refreshments will be provided.

Until next time…
