So, I’ve started a new project and it involves me playing with a projector. All I can say is, wow, this stuff is a bit weird, even for me. I don’t know what to think about it yet. Obviously, I’m still experimenting, and it’s fun, though stressful at times. I think I’m very close though. I feel like I’ve gained a lot of ground tonight, even though I don’t know what to make of the first shots off the roll, so to speak. They are a little bit odd, I must say, even for somebody like me who likes the oddball stuff that’s a bit more “out there” than the normal things in life.
I guess maybe I look at them and don’t see them for what they are, but I see the potential. I really think I’m going to make this happen, this new project, and it’s going to be good. It’s just going to take a bit of patience and practice and a bit of a “learning curve” for me. Maybe that’s why I’m drawn to it so much-so much in photography is “easy” for me now but, this stuff, it’s a bit trickier than your usual “family snapshot.” Just the logistics alone, well, let’s just say I’ve cursed a bit like a drunken sailor tonight. Difficult just begins to describe it really.
Well, back to the “drawing board” as they say. Watch this site for more news and more “oddball” really out there images (that says a lot coming from me!) if you dare.
