This just in, from the “overhead in the mail room” department, the other day two friends were talking about the recent snow in Austin and the spring-winter-oops, spring again-take that back it’s cold-ah, screw it, I really want to wear flip flops, state of termperture this time of year.
One guy says to the other, “so I was driving and these little white flakes started falling onto my windshield. At first I thought it was pollen but then I realized it was snow…”
The other guy says, “How do you know it wasn’t both?”
Only in Austin is the snow over-pollinated in the spring time. Hey, I can’t complain, at the least the bluebonnets are kickin’ it this year.
